Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property contained within that product.

Personal Use

Purchasing a Potter & Dwell product gives you the right to use and enjoy the product for its intended personal use. It does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit the artwork, illustrations, designs or other creative content contained within it.

You are welcome to:

• Display purchased art prints in your home.

• Gift physical Potter & Dwell products.

• Share photographs of your purchases on social media — credit is always appreciated!

Not Permitted

Unless permitted by law or with prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, trace or reproduce Potter & Dwell artwork or illustrations.

• Scan or otherwise reproduce artwork for redistribution.

• Reproduce or commercially exploit Potter & Dwell artwork, illustrations or other protected creative content.

• Use Potter & Dwell artwork or illustrations in business branding, logos, products or merchandise.

• Create and distribute unauthorised adaptations of Potter & Dwell artwork.

• Share, reproduce or redistribute digital downloads except where expressly permitted by the applicable product licence.

• Use Potter & Dwell creative content in connection with artificial intelligence or machine learning systems except with prior written permission or as otherwise permitted by law.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are licensed to the original purchaser for personal use unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page or licence.

Unless expressly permitted, digital files may not be:

• Shared or distributed to others.

• Resold or redistributed.

• Uploaded to file-sharing websites or services.

• Reproduced or printed for commercial purposes.

• Used to create products for resale.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork, illustrations, designs or other creative content.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Potter & Dwell's original artwork, illustrations, written content and digital products may not be knowingly copied, downloaded, scraped, uploaded or otherwise supplied for the purpose of training, developing or fine-tuning artificial intelligence or machine learning models without prior written permission, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

This restriction also applies to the use of Potter & Dwell creative content as source material for generating substantially similar artwork or other commercial creative outputs where such use would infringe Potter & Dwell's intellectual property rights.
